Super Power Seed Salad




Chia, Hemp and Flax are superpower seeds.  There are rich in nutrients and I am using them in every day cooking.  Add them to cereal, yogurt, salad and what ever else you may want - I use them when making my pizza dough and breads as well.

Mixed Baby Greens
Red Onion
1 tbsp of each Chia, Flax and Hemp Seeds
Fresh ground Pepper
PINCH of Salt (sea salt)
Red, Orange and Yellow Pepper sliced thin
Cucumber slices
Tomatoe slices
Extra Virgin Olive Oil (my mother in law bottled some for us from Italy)  Thanks Zio for bringing it back
Good Quality Balsamic Vinegar

Mix all the ingredients and Enjoy - this salad is super good for you
