Loving time with my family - BBQ Season oh ya :)

BBQ Season - 



 - that's what i'm talking about



Corn on the BBQ
Zucchini on the BBQ
Red, Yellow and Orange Peppers on the BBQ
Eggplant on the BBQ
Onions and Garlic on the BBQ

and or you can put in a heavy duty tinfoil :::::*****

red potatoes 4 not peel but quartered
onions 3 peeled and quatered
Garlic (10 cloves) not peeled however separated
Broccoli
Zucchini
Califlower
and/or whatever else you like (bok choy)
you can also add mushrooms - nice touch (all different types)

then you place all the ingredients in the heavyduty tinfoil and pour half a bottle of italian dressing and wrap tight
place on bbq and cook for about half hour on each side - or until potatoes are tender to fork

this is amazing and really good for you - everyone will love it - you can also try it with simple olive oil and balsamic and or any other dressing you prefer. 

serve with  a good Prime Rib Steak marinaded in red wine and garlic, salt and pepper and a dribble of olive oil - OH YA  - 

Toast up some chiabatta on the BBQ that you have coated with Olive oil and garlic toast and dig in -



No need for Ensalada unless you want
and as you know - my daughter is a vegetarian therefore we bbq either Salmon or add Jumbo shrimps to the veggies
