Grilling Grilling Grilling - Calamari, Jumbo Shrimp and Mackeral


remove spine from calamari (looks like a clear bone)
marinade with lemon, olive oil - garlic and pepper (salt to taste)


slice backs for shrimps and remove vein,
marinade with olive oil, lemon and white wine, garlic and pepper


place makeral in a grilling basket and place on bbq - turning every 10 minutes - once cooked remove carefully and remove spine -
open to flatten makeral and sprinkle with chopped garlic, parsley, pepper, and olive oil -

once makeral are cooked you can place all the remainder of the calamari and shrimps on the bbq - serve all with a garlic, lemon, parley and olive oil sauce -

This needs ensalada and some nice sliced tomatoes (summer ones of course) - bread for the juice and the tomatoes and all the sauce of the garlic, parsley and olive oil - DEVINE and DELISioso - xoxox love love love - Good for the Whole Family :) happy days, no room to complain and or ask Whats for Dinner - LOL
