Best Ribs Ever - BBQ time - But does these in the Oven LOL

I must say I love a good family bbq - but nothing compares to my ribs oven style - My kids would always tell their friends we are having bbq - oven style,  -  My beautiful cousin Pauline actually told me about these ribs (however if anyone knows me - I have to improvise everything I make - even when trying to follow a recipe I veer to the left somehow.  Don't know why - I think its a problemo I have following being told what to do 'you don't tell the Rapini Mama how to make sheeet biaaatches'

BBQ ribs (oven style)

depending on how many people - half rack each usually - because you will serve with rice and veggies, as well as "YOU GUESSED IT" ensalada - if you want some bread to dip in your sauce for the end - have that too - LOL

Baby Back Ribs - (again depending on how many for your BBQ)
one jar of sweet rib and chicken bbq sauce (diana's is what I use)
1/4 cup Ketchup
2 white onions quartered
6 cloves garlic - peeled left whole
1 cup of water
drizzle of olive olive
salt and pepper

Drizzle oil on bottom of roasting pan - place naked ribs into pan and place into preheated 350 degree oven - brown for about 1/2 hour -
in the meantime mix together in a large bowl -

ALL ingredients -

drizzle sauce over ribs and cover with tinfoil - reduce to 325 and bake for 2 1/2 hours - if these are not the best - OMG - Don't forget to serve with those Hot Peppers (homemade of Course) - if you are inviting bravehearts you can actually add the hot peppers into the sauce -

Whats next - White or brown rice -
we usually make jasmine rice

Steamed (in the microwave) Brocolli - never looses the colour of that vibrant green I discovered -
God knows we only have a microwave to kill the gap over the stove and for popcorn - after all my husband is Italian and my mother-in-law still doesn't have a microwave and never wants one - She says "whata dis gooda for)

Whats next - LOL you guessed it Ensalada -
