Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease pan; set aside.
mix pepper, dill, lemon and boursin cheese -
lay out phyllo and place 3 sheets, buttered between each sheet, place salmon with 1/2inch spare and cover with cheese mixture. Wrap up by folding phyllo around salmon. - Step 2 Bake
until phyllo is brown and crispy.approx 1/2 hour
serve with fresh saute of asparagus and some fingerling potatoes with lemon and dill .
