Every year at work we have a Pot Luck - I made my Orzo Salada and my bestest friend made her Sausages with Peppers and Mushrooms (we should cater) Oh ya thats right we did that one New Years Eve - Never again - so much work its brutal - O'rderves is the way to go - Always
Barese sausages with Peppers and Mushrooms
Barese sausges
Red, Yellow and Orange Peppers
Cremini Mushrooms
Onion
Garlic
Tomatoe (ripe fresh)
Red Wine (choose a good one - Masi Cab is always safe
Saute sausages until browned, add peppers, onions, garlic and mushrooms, add 1/4 cup Red wine
Cook until softened and then add the tomatoe - place lid on saute pan and cook until sausages are cooked through, add salt and pepper to tast - My twist is add a teaspoon of hot pepper
Serve with rice and a good chiabata bread and dip away
Ensalada You Know it !
