
yeild 4 to 6 people
2 packages of gnocchi
1 pkg cremini mushrooms
1 pkg spinach (fresh)
1 small container of grape tomatoes
2 garlic cloves Boil gnocchi and in the meantime
saute in butter and olive oil garlic, mushrooms
add in tomatoes and spinach.
add 1/2 of a cream cheese brick, along with 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and 1/2 cup milk. saute for 10 minutes to thicken slightly,
boil gnocchi in salted water - Drain and add gnocchi to pan with veggies and coat with sauce.
Service with hot peppers and more parm.
